Hi Cindy,
What a fabulous party we had Saturday night. It was so much fun. The food was fantastic and I want to thank you for your ideas and then preparing the food for Larry's party. Everything looked great and the guests enjoyed it all. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

If I were to do the same menu again, I would ask you to do grilled chicken shish-ka-bobs because I thought the chicken needed color. The sauce for that was great. The empanadas wowed everyone, the chicken seeming more popular than the beef. The teriyaki beef was almost gone and was a big hit. I had lots of chimichurri sauce left over. I suppose the guests didn't think that the beef needed anything since it had a very nice teriyaki flavor. The fruit ka-bobs were beautiful and added lots of color We only had four left and about half of that sauce remained.

Added to what you prepared for us, I did a brie cheese with apricot/mango sauce wrapped in dough and baked. That was completely gone. So, just wanted to let you know that it all went well and say thank you very much.
